Phone Power VoIP Service

Calling Features

Find Me, Follow Me This feature allows the user to set up multiple numbers (home, work, mobile) and have inbound calls routed in a particular sequence.
Simultaneous Ring Allows the user to set up multiple numbers (home, work, mobile) and have inbound calls ring all numbers at once.
Adjustable Ring Length Allows the user to adjust the number of seconds an incoming call rings before it is sent to voicemail or another number.
Voicemail to Email When configured, allows a copy of the voicemail to be emailed to the user as a .WAV file.
Number for Life Never change your number again. Phone Power allows you to take your number with you, no matter where you move.
Out of Area Number Upon request, Phone Power can assign you a number that is outside your normal calling zone. For example, you can have a New York number in Los Angeles. This will allow callers to contact you with a local call, even if you are tens or thousands of miles away.
Click2Call When viewing calls inside the MyAccount portal, the user clicks on any number to immediately connect to that party. The PhonePower switch will call your digital phone, then connect to the other party.
Remote Click2Call Similar to Click2Call, the user enters both numbers inside the My Account portal and clicks "Connect". Both numbers are dialed and the call is connected.
Online Account Management This feature allows you to configure and manage many aspects of your service: view bills and payments, recent calls in and out, configure voicemail to e-mail options, Remote Click2Call and much more.
Anonymous Caller Rejection Allows the user to reject callers who do not display caller ID information.
Remote Voice Management This feature allows you to listen to, configure, and re-record your voicemail from any telephone.
Caller ID This allows a user to see the number that is calling, and makes screening calls a breeze.
Call Waiting This allows a customer to receive a call while already on one. If you are on a call, you will get a notification via a beep that another person is calling. You can then switch back and forth between calls. This helps avoid people getting a busy signal when calling your Phone Power telephone number.
Caller Waiting ID This works in the same manner as regular Caller ID, but lets you know who the second calling party is, so that you can know ahead of time before switching calls.
3-Way Conference Calling This feature enables you to hold a call with multiple parties.
Call Forwarding Allows the user to forward all calls placed to the Phone Power number to another number of their choosing.
Contact List Allows you to manage your contact list, edit incoming Caller ID names and assign Speed Dial codes all from your My Account portal.
Block List Allows the user the option to block calls from specified numbers. You can either forward the call directly to voicemail, or set it so that the calling party hears a busy signal when calling.
Call Hold Allows the user to place the caller on hold, then resume the call at a later time.
Call Log Viewer Using the My Account portal, this allows a customer to view their call history, up to the last 30 calls.
Music On Hold This feature plays hold music whenever you place someone on hold. This makes it so that the party knows they are on hold, and do not have worries or concerns about whether or not their call has been dropped.
Do Not Disturb When enabled, this feature will forward all calls to voicemail.
Voicemail Allows callers to leave you a message if you have missed or screened their call.
Voicemail Viewer Allows the user to view and listen to their voicemails via the My Account portal. It's just like looking at your email!
Speed Dial List You can have up to 20 Speed Dials programmed for easy access on your PhonePower phone. Just use the Star Code listed and your phone will automatically dial the person you have assigned that code to.
E911 Service Enhanced 911, also referred to as E911, is an advanced and updated version of emergency services that automatically sends vital information such as name, address and the geographical location in the event that 911 is dialed.
